Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a unique opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Mabton, Washington. In this role, you will be, handling all matters related to accounts payable and invoice processing. The position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Managing incoming invoices and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner Assisting with General Ledger (GL) coding tasks Conducting account reconciliation to maintain accurate records Performing check runs to ensure all payments are made on schedule Utilizing Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data entry and invoice processing Providing administrative support as needed Working closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable Communicating effectively with clients and vendors regarding payments and invoices Continually seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency in the accounts payable department.Requirements Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes and systems Ability to perform check runs efficiently and accurately Familiarity with coding invoices for various business expenses Proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and speed Experience in invoice processing, including verification and payment authorizations Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for financial analysis and reporting.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
