Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Spokane Valley, Washington. The position will primarily involve managing financial transactions for designated client accounts, ensuring efficient and effective accounts receivable processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is pivotal in a fast-paced, dynamic team within the financial services industry.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage accounts receivable processes. Offer exceptional customer service through various channels such as email and phone. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to ensure timely payment status updates. Uphold meticulous filing and organizational standards to streamline operations. Promptly report any issues or potential problems to management for resolution. Collaborate with team members to support overall company objectives as needed. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Use skills in Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, and Customer Service to perform tasks efficiently.WAGE: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE BENEFITS OFFERED:

Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures

Experience in Collections and managing overdue payments Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding payment issues and inquiries Familiarity with accounting software and databases Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data Basic understanding of general accounting principles Good problem-solving skills to resolve account discrepancies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
