Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Spokane area. This role is primarily focused on handling accounts receivable duties in the industry. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, processing applications, and addressing customer inquiries.Responsibilities: Efficiently process and manage customer credit applications Maintain precise records of customer credit Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers Handle cash applications and manage cash collections Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate account balances Use software such as Oracle and QuickBooks for data entry and account management Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report creation Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action for any discrepancies Manage commercial collections as per the industry standards.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with Billing procedures Knowledge of Cash Applications Experience in Cash Collections Understanding of Commercial Collections Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Oracle software Familiarity with QuickBooks software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
