Client Experience Coordinator
Location: Bellevue, WA (In-office)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (flexible start/end times)

About the Role
As our Client Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring clients receive exceptional service and communication. You’ll manage processes, track requests, and support advisors while enhancing our client experience through systems and creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Client Service
Provide consistent, timely communication and support
Prepare and process service requests and new accounts
Document interactions in CRM (Redtail experience a plus)
Track submissions from start to finish
Handle general administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Support
Assist with social media, website updates (WordPress), and content delivery
Manage client database and Mailchimp communications
Help with presentations, newsletters, and event planning
Support podcast/blog management and PR campaigns
