The Opportunity:We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to

join our Forest Resources team in Tacoma Washington.Responsibilities to include:Review daily wood receipts: weight ticket review

reconciliation and correction; sales ticket review and reconciliation, review

and correction of errorsMaintain good order and accounting/auditing standardsData entry into various software programs for tickets,

account payables and receivablesOrdering of office supplies and equipment for region

personnelReview of required insurance and certificationsPrepare correspondence, presentations, analysis, and

reconciliation reportsSorting through data-logs and tickets to make sure

reconciles matchPrepare pivot tables and spreadsheetsPoint of contact for contractors, external, and internal

customersWhat You Need to Succeed:3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant

with strong analytical/operational responsibilitiesHigh School graduate or equivalent; Bachelors’ degree in

business is a plusMS-Office (Very strong skills in MS-Word, Excel,

PowerPoint and Outlook). Able to use MS-Excel as a part of daily

business activity; knowledge of Qlikview, wood accounting and scale systems is

a plusMust have strong technical ability and excellent written

and verbal communications skillsFocused, reliable, organized, and very strong attention

to detailMust be able to work in a very fast paced environmentMust be able to work independently and work well under

pressureMust be able to manage multiple and varied projects

simultaneouslyMust be detailed orientedBookkeeping experience a plus (AR/AP/GL)Must have strong professionalism on the telephone as the
