Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant 4 in Seattle, Washington. As an Administrative Assistant, your role will encompass a variety of duties, including clerical tasks, research, and handling information requests. You will act as a communication manager for our office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient information flow.Responsibilities: Conduct research and handle information requests to support office functions. Execute general office duties such as maintaining management systems and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. Prepare a variety of documents including invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements. Manage and maintain corporate documents, records, and reports. Oversee the distribution of incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. Respond to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various tasks. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, and customer service skills. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage one’s time effectively. Maintain organized and confidential information. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Capable of performing basic bookkeeping tasks Ability to prepare invoices and responses Experience with clerical duties and office functions Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with conducting research independently Ability to manage records and documentation effectively Proficient in the use of computer programs and software Experience with the 'About Time' time management system Ability to conduct and understand conductivity measurements Experience in distributing faxes and managing correspondence Familiarity with preparing and understanding financial statements Ability to perform tasks related to clerical duties Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence Ability to manage and record office functions and tasks.
