Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities:Answer and effectively distribute phone calls received on our main line
Receive all visitors to our SeaTac facility and perform security procedures for their visit
Receive and send mail and courier pouches
Collate and send invoices for the entire branch via USPS, email and other electronic means
Complete administrative tasks such as preparing notebooks for new hires, preparing large mailings for customers and events
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Six months- 1 year of direct customer service experience
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Strong attention to detail and a critical eye
Organizational skills that result in consistent volume and high quality output
Enthusiastic, positive, and ambitious attitude
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Local candidates only
The preferred candidate hasan interest in the industry and would like to transition into our product operations at an appropriate interval.
