Analytics Lead (Remote)

AECOM is actively seeking an Analytics Lead for immediate employment. The role will be a remote position that can be based from any US location. The Analytics Lead will work collaboratively as part of multi-skilled teams to achieve corporate, regional, business line, and project related goals.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those listed below:Work with project and regional leaders to understand the business insights they need to see relating to financial performance, project delivery issues/weaknesses, staffing, and profit optimization, etc. The analytics lead will be responsible for designing the appropriate analytics deliverable to meet these needs.Ensure that all regularly scheduled reports are updated and uploaded according to agreed cadence or deadline.Review and assess existing analytics deliverables and identify potential opportunities for improvement and/or additional support needed. Then implement them when approved.Collaborate with, support, lead and mentor staff within other business areas on the use of analytics deliverables and/or updating them.Develop and present findings, observations, etc. on analytics efforts to pertinent stakeholders.Assist in initiatives which include but are not limited to – Standardization of processes and tools, deployment and evolution of standard AECOM analytics solutions, and development of analytics best practices within AECOM.
