Description: Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable invoices. Prepares batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions. Manage the accounts payable inbox with other accounts payable team members. Serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external accounts payable inquires. Maintain timely and courteous communication with external and internal vendors/departments. Drive efficiencies and improvements for accounts payable processes in accordance with SOX compliance requirements. Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. File, maintain, and distributes accounting documents, records and reports. Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices.
