We are still looking for an experienced Business Manager who will be responsible for planning, controlling, and directing the day-to-day operations of an apartment community along with maintaining effective and harmonious resident relations. This position includes but is not limited to, leasing, collections, resident services, scheduling maintenance, information reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage financial aspects of operations including collecting revenue and processing deposits, approve and process invoices, understand budgeting and controlling expenses

Maintain administrative procedures including processing resident applications, submitting required reports, etc.

Facilitates maintenance including scheduling and inspecting make readies, ensures all work orders are completed in a timely manner, inspect vacant units and community on a regular basis, work with team members, vendors/contractors to complete projects.

Maintains excellent resident relations including resolving resident issues

Market and Leasing activities, completing timely market surveys, inspect curb appeal, ensure all traffic and leases are entered correctly.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, Fair Housing regulations

Other reasonably related tasks as requested by management.

This is a full time exempt salary position for apartment communities Bellevue with a pay range of 75-85K per year

Pay is dependent on Residential Property Management experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proficient computer (Microsoft Office, AMSI) & internet skills

2 years multi-family (apartment) business office experience required

Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
