Apartment maintenance technician

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to care for a 23-unit apartment complex. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a wide range of repair and upkeep skills, including:

Plumbing

Electrical work

Sheetrock repair

Painting

Lawn care and landscaping

Requirements:

Own transportation

Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

Must be drug- and alcohol-free (no marijuana use)
