Apartment Manager live on site 33 units

Live On Site - Rent credit towards 2bedroom 2bath Apartment in a 14 unit building in Greenwood you will also manage a 19 building 4 min away also in Greenwood. Duties will be collecting and depositing rents, turn over/clean vacant units, post ads on line, prepare leases and related paper work, maintain common area's and exterior grounds, some painting and medium repair and maintaince skills preferred. Manager will live onsite, Compensation will be $1900 month rent credit Manager can still work a full time job Manager will work directly with owner of the buildings. Some requirements- Good credit, good rental history and must pass a back ground check, strong references and some resident property management experience preferred but not required no dogs, cat ok.june 1st or sooner start date, please email resume and I will get back to you if interested.
