Hi, Position : ARIS Principal Consultant (ARIS Solution Architect] Duration : Long term Location : Seattle WA and Canada Visa: USC/H1B/-EAD-EAD Job Description : Professional Services Project Manager, License Sales, ARIS Product Management, ARIS R&D and Professional Services Sales, an ARIS Solution Architect will: Architect and Technically Lead ARIS solutions across following ARIS core capabilities and across various Professional Services ARIS offerings in these areas: Business Design & Strategy Rollout & Change Management Process Mining & Analysis Risk & Compliance Management Enterprise Architecture Management Business Automation Lead and deliver ARIS Strategy Workshops Perform ARIS Maturity assessments Lead and deliver Methods & Conventions Workshops Evaluate customers' processes and develop methodologies Lead ARIS solution design and architecture on ARIS projects Support Professional Services Sales in scoping services for delivery of ARIS Solutions Support Presales in Professional Services review of customer use case definition across ARIS core capabilities Support Presales in Professional Services review of ARIS deployment architectures (0nPrem and Cloud) Support customers with ARIS solution capacity planning - OnPrem/Cloud Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements Design and Architect ARIS solutions to meet customer requirements Be hands-on and take on technical tasks for building frameworks and or reusable solutions for customer implementations Support customers in the organizational and process-related implementation of the ARIS solution Support Project Manager with defining and planning required tasks for ARIS Solution delivery Collaborate with Software AG R&D, Product management and Business Transformation Business Unit teams on ARIS features and capabilities Be a Technical Team Lead in Professional Services ARIS Practice in guiding, enabling, mentoring and knowledge sharing with ARIS practice team members The ARIS Principal Consultant may work remotely and/or onsite at the customer location, depending upon specific customer, customer project and project phase. S/he may be required to travel up to 75% of the time. Fluency in English is a requirement. R E Q UI R E M E NTS SKILLS (TECHNICAL] Advanced-Expert Proficiency in all the following ARIS capabilities, unless otherwise noted as a plus ARIS Functional Consulting ARIS Methods and Conventions ARIS COE Set-up ARIS Process Governance ARIS Enterprise Architecture ARIS Aware ARIS Connect ARIS API ARIS Simulation ARIS Scripting ARIS Reports ARIS Process Mining ARIS ARCM ARIS for SAP (a Plus) Installation, Configuration, Administration and Upgrade of above ARIS capabilities Proficiency in SQL language Proficiency in XML and HTML language and structure Expertise in object-oriented programming language (ideally 3ava / 3avaScript] and familiarity with the object-oriented analysis and the object-oriented design of software solutions as well as with software development methods Expertise in Operating Systems - Windows and Unix Business Analysis Certification (a plus) Experience with Cloud platforms (a plus) Expertise with the Authentication Protocols such as LDAP, SSO (Kerberos, SAML2), SSL collected Knowledge of SOAP and RESTfuI WebServices, Data Integration Capabilities Proven track record managing implementation of enterprise software. This includes managing customer expectations and delivering to a high level of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of general system analysis and design processes Knowledge of TOGAF and ITIL (a plus] Proficiency with schemas / meta-models and relational database databases (Oracle or MSSQL-Server preferred) Experience developing governance models SKI LLS (S 0 FTS KI LLS] Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively convey roadmap, concepts, best practices, and solution-features-benefits of the proposed ARIS solution to C- Level client executives and stakeholders as well as deep-dive into technical/architecture aspects with client IT members. Presentation, organizational and planning skills. Ability to deliver a presentation targeted to client's specific pain points. Experienced working simultaneously with a variety of stakeholders (internal and external] as well as third-party client subcontractors, as appropriate. Excellent analytical skills and ability to formulate abstract solutions in a constructive manner. Proactive work ethic and self-motivation. Self-supportive and capable of target-oriented and structured work outputs. Excellent time and project management skills. EDU CAT10 N A ND EX PE RI E NC E BA/BS in Managing Information Systems Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering: Masters or PhD and/or alternative business focus (ie. Finance) a plus. Eight-to-Twelve years work experience with Business Process Transformation Experience working with customers in banking and securities, energy, insurance, manufacturing, transportation, retail, utilities, or other vertical markets.
