Position: Assembler / Aerospace Mechanical TechnicianLocation: Everett, WA (Onsite)Duration: Long-term ContractClient: Direct Client NeedSchedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 5AM - 1:30PM Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler / Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our manufacturing team.In this role, you will plan and perform a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection operations on various products.Operating in both standard and non-standard environments, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth, efficient flow of work while ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.Responsibilities:Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and other written instructions.Safely operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light machinery.Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of products and components at assigned workstations.Perform routine quality checks, identify product defects, and meticulously record any identified issues.Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products in strict accordance with engineering specification changes.Perform all work in alignment with company quality standards and established safety procedures.Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.Lift up to 40 lbs regularly and work comfortably in a standing position for up to 8 hours per day.
