- Create, analyze, manage, and triage regression test plans, and scripts for test automation
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex web application issues (Linux/Apache/Tomcat)
- Perform system and application log analysis to determine root cause and system trends
- Responsible for creating and maintaining monitoring systems to proactively provide data regarding up-time and utilization across the platform
- Analyze, benchmark, and optimize Linux/Unix based systems and service performance
- Work directly with the clients Cloud Team to manage infrastructure as needed
- Automate repeatable tasks to increase operational efficiency
- Resolve tickets that are escalated to support operations engineering through the Service Desk
- Assist our development and application support teams in troubleshooting complex issues
- Proactively stay up to date with industry technology trends and applicability of software/hardware solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 1 -3 Years of Experience
- 1+ years of DevOps experience and have at least 3yrs of industry experience
- Ability to utilize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Terraform, ARM templates and/or Bicep, Azure Networking, Azure Application Gateway, Azure Monitor, App Insights, and Log Analytics
- Ability to design and architect simple and basic cloud infra
- Be open to learning new programming languages and technologies outside the scope of “software”
- One of the object-oriented languages such as C#, Java, etc.
- Great communication skills
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with Rust, Python, JavaScript, Go, Bash, GitLab, git, bash, python, c#, JavaScript, react, yaml,
- Experience with UDP protocol
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), serverless framework, Terraform, ARM templates and/or Bicep, Azure Networking, Azure Application Gateway, Azure Monitor, App Insights and Log Analytics, TCP/IP fundamentals, networking
- Experience working in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Ability to develop from detailed technical specifications
- Ability to assess technical tradeoffs and suggest design solutions
- Understanding of security best practice concepts
- Familiarity with performance and scalability
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to code and script
- DevOps experience in designing or managing continuous integration and deployment pipeline systems such as Jenkins a plus
