We’re looking for a Bar Manager who’s excited about the opportunity to help shape a new concept from the ground up. This is a chance to be part of a growing business and a small, committed team with big goals.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support the bar team with training, guidance, and day-to-day direction

Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control for spirits, mixers, and supplies

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment

Work alongside staff to ensure smooth service and a consistent guest experience

Collaborate on cocktail execution and help keep the bar program sharp

Foster a positive, respectful team culture

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years in a bar management or lead bartender role, ideally in a cocktail-focused setting

Solid knowledge of both classic and modern cocktails

Strong communication and leadership skills

Reliable and organized, with an eye for detail

Idaho State Police Alcohol Server Training certification preferred

Calm and steady under pressure, even on a busy night
