Barista

Job Description:

Wild Wheat Bakery is hiring an enthusiastic and reliable Barista to join our front-of-house team. If you’re passionate about coffee, customer service, and working in a vibrant café environment, we want to hear from you! For candidates with strong experience and skills, this position may also lead to opportunities as Delivery Driver depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, coffee, and teas with consistency and care

- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the barista station and front counter area

- Grind coffee, steam milk, and follow recipes and quality standard.

- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels

- Maintain a clean and inviting café environment, including seating and service areas

- Optional: Assist with food delivery if qualified and needed (company vehicle may be provided)

- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:

- Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.

- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required

- Passion for coffee and hospitality

- Strong multitasking and communication skills

- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

- Delivery Role: Valid driver's license and clean driving record
