We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team and bring their expertise in mixology to our bar.

Job Description: As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages, create innovative cocktails, and provide excellent customer service. You will also ensure that our bar area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting for our guests. Your role is essential in creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Created and developed new cocktails and drink specials.

Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly manner.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.

Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.

Extensive knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to bar operations.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
