Responsibilities may include the creation and/or management of projects in support of our External Diverse Talent Engagement strategies, programs and initiatives; assistance in the development and implementation of projects associated with the UKG Employee Resource Group program; and other duties as assigned.Responsibilities Assist in the creation and preparation of materials for internal Belonging, Diversity and Equity programs and presentations (ex. PowerPoint Presentations etc.) Perform preliminary research on assignments; gather relevant and pertinent data. Partner and collaborate with External Diverse Talent Engagement Team, ERG Team, and ERG Members on special projects Communicate with UKG employees, Internal and External Stakeholders Look at all projects through a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion for our UKG employee population.Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree – preference will be given to rising seniors Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Skilled in standard computer applications and platforms such as Outlook and MS Office Suite (ex.PowerPoint and Excel) Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks while paying attention to detail Ability to cope and perform well in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented work environmentCompany OverviewHere at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
