We are on the search for a recruiter who is bilingual in Spanish. This is a great opportunity that will start as a full-time seasonal position with the possibility of going long-term.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys customer service, working with people, helping people, and making a difference in their lives by helping find them employment!

Pay: $20.00 -$22.00 (DOE) per hour to start with a pay increase after 30 days.

Position: Bilingual Recruiter-Full Time Seasonal with the possibility of going long-term for the right candidate

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Location: Bellingham, WA

What you get to do:

 Offer high-level customer service on the phone, face-to-face, by email, and by text.

 Recruiting candidates for open positions

 Make outbound calls and emails daily to individuals who have applied for job openings

 Interviewing and screening skill sets for open positions

 Reference checking

 General office duties as needed
