Billing Clerk

Description We are seeking a dedicated Billing Clerk to join our team in Puyallup, Washington, in the payment platform industry for K-12. This role involves handling various billing functions, managing accounting software systems, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Answering emails regarding invoicing and providing appropriate solutions Communicating with clients to answer their questions and clarify invoice details Identifying discrepancies in invoices and making necessary corrections Reconciling accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date records Providing credits to clients for incorrect invoices Handling new orders and providing service quotes Corresponding about budgeting - quoting costs Filing documents in an organized manner Utilizing NetSuite or other ERP systems for efficient work processes Taking initiative to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
