As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Boat Rigger to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Boat Rigger at Master Marine, you’ll be responsible for installing and configuring marine electronics, outboard motors, steering systems, and accessories to customer specifications. This role is hands-on, technical, and essential to delivering boats that are water-ready and built to perform.

Key Responsibilities:

Install outboard motors, controls, gauges, and steering systems

Rig marine electronics such as GPS, fish finders, VHF radios, trolling motors, and batteries

Perform custom wiring, plumbing, and bracket fabrication as needed

Test and troubleshoot installed systems for performance and reliability

Perform quality control checks and pre-delivery inspections

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols

Work closely with service, sales, and parts departments to meet deadlines and customer expectations

Qualifications:

Prior experience in marine rigging, electrical, or mechanical work preferred

Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals

Familiarity with marine electronics (Garmin, Lowrance, Simrad, etc.) is a plus

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
