Body Shop Estimator

Full Time | Monday–Saturday | $25–$30 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced auto body estimator to join our growing collision and repair team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and efficient at managing estimates, supplements, and parts ordering while providing excellent communication with both customers and insurance companies.!

Responsibilities:

Write accurate estimates and supplements using CCC1, ALLDATA, and MITCHELL.

Inspect vehicles for collision damage and determine required repairs.

Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and authorization.

Work directly with insurance adjusters to obtain approvals.

Order parts and coordinate workflow with the body and mechanical departments.

Maintain proper documentation and repair notes.

Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process.

Qualifications:

Experience as an auto body estimator (collision or mechanical repair).

Proficiency with CCC1, ALLDATA, and MITCHELL is required.

Strong understanding of repair procedures, OEM parts, and insurance claim processes.

Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

I-CAR training or certifications!
