Bookkeeper

Description Robert Half has partnered with a growing company to recruit a stellar Bookkeeper for immediate hire. If you're proficient with A/P, A/R, Payroll, and General Ledger accounting, then this Bookkeeper role may be a great fit for you. Located in the Bellevue, Washington area, this Bookkeeper position is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity that you do not want to miss.Major responsibilities

Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

Responsible for payroll for 25+ employees

Balance accounts by reconciling entries

Look after archived records by categorizing documents

Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts

Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

Preside over and review general ledger

Requirements - Prior experience using accounting software

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

Command of payroll for under 100 employees

Deep understanding of Sage Intacct

Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred

Paycom experience
