Job Title: Business Analyst 2

Location: Vancouver, WA

Client: Bonneville Power Administration

Duration: 12+ months

Hybrid role

Once a week in the office.

Pay Rate: $50/hr. W2

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Corresponding Experience (required on matrix)
  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Computer Science or a closely related discipline is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Organizational Development or a related discipline is preferred.
o 5 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor’s Degree.o 7 years of experience is required with an applicable Associates Degree.o 9 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
  • Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business analysis and progressively more technical in nature.

Required Technical Skills & Experience (required on matrix)
  • Experience in asset management, analyzing operational data, and developing actionable strategies.
  • Proven skills in business workflow and data workflow management.
  • Advanced experience with Excel spreadsheets and functionality.
  • Strong skills with creating complex Visio flowcharts.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with Access database creation, management, and reporting.
  • Strong technical writing skills and the ability to present information in various forms such as textual, graphical and statistical.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with SharePoint, sufficient to: create/draft and develop sites, flows, links, libraries, directories, lists and views; edit existing site(s); and provide administration, maintenance and customization activities, perform updates, establish site permissions and a myriad other routine / standard site administration tasks.
