Understand the end-to-end business to manage priorities effectively.
Drive prioritization and prepare the team for weekly leadership staff.
Lead the rhythm of business for fiscal year budget, headcount planning and semester planning process, driving content and alignment across teams for executive review.
Facilitate execution of leadership team directed rhythms including financial planning, strategic planning, white papers, key results reviews, training, and organizational hygiene.
Facilitate support for organizational health and leadership sponsorship in culture, diversity and inclusion, manager, and people excellence.
Drive cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and to manage complex business needs.
Lead project/program management to ensure organization-wide implementation of strategic efforts that require coordination across multiple disciplines and business organizations.
Create clarity on ambiguous projects and develop plans for execution.
Ensure success of leadership meetings, speaking engagements, partner, and team engagements (ex. Town Hall meetings, external speaking events).
Tie the communication engagement plan into broader organizational rhythm and resources.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management) AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Business Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
