Business Office Director

Description We are in search of a Business Office Consultant to engage with our client's team in Washougal, Washington. This role is vital in our operations and finance sectors, offering a short-term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing everyday operations, managing a team, and dealing with day-to-day questions. Knowledge of commercial industries and construction would be beneficial. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations and finance of the business Manage a team and handle any arising questions or issues Evaluate the company's structure and strategize for growth Utilize accounting software systems to streamline processes Handle accounting functions, such as accounts payable and receivable Assess the current team structure and outline job duties and compensation Review payroll and other financial documents Train staff in accounting functions and software systems Monitor and manage bookkeeping tasks Oversee the construction of a new office.Requirements Demonstrable proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Proven experience in handling Accounting Functions Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR) Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
