Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility for delivery of work modernization solutions for marketing teams. Ensuring priorities, resources and capacity is maximized to deliver customer value.
  • Represent business and marketing in the sequencing and delivery of technical capabilities.
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships and touch points with internal business partners.
  • Partner with business, internal/external stakeholders and leadership to understand current user experiences, identify areas of opportunity, and work with internal SMEs as they manage their long-term and reactive business plans and work.
  • Identify stakeholders, facilitate requirements gathering and support business teams to identify MVP (minimum viable product) / capabilities for technical delivery.
  • Elicit and evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile requirement conflicts, and extract true needs to distinguish solution ideas from presented user requests.
  • Assist businesses/product owners/other as needed on how to break down features into smaller and cross-functional user stories.
  • Work with developers and quality assurance to ensure appropriate scenarios and employee experience are considered in delivery.
  • Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing and business validation.
  • Manage personal work-plan to deliver on assigned tasks, deliverables, and schedule commitments; provides information and status to stakeholders and Agile delivery teams.
  • Initiate and execute activities to improve the processes, procedures, and tools utilized by the team.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
  • Foster professional growth within the team by sharing best practice and feedback that would challenge others to think strategically and drive results efficiently

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years consumer focused marketing program/product management or product development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicates with all employee levels and levels of management.
  • Self-starter, autonomous, collaborative, and strategic in work management approach
  • Must be proficient and have experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Workfront experience is a strong “like to have”
  • Strong command of marketing and strategic frameworks and workflows
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
  • 3-5 years of wireless experience desired
  • Strong technical and business acumen
  • 3 + years implementation experience including partnering with marketing, finance, technology and operations leadership.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
