- Act as the liaison between IT capabilities and business objectives to facilitate, manage, and prioritize improvements through process or system solutions to increase overall quality and meet business partner demands
- Conduct in-depth analysis to interpret and recommend best solutions to align IT and business initiatives, including documentation and/or review for completeness and accuracy
- Act as a change agent and subject matter expert in applications/specific area of knowledge; understand the request for change vs. what the most efficient resolution to make decisions and communicate information to the team, management, and stakeholders
- Prepare “current state” documentation in written and graphical form, such as Wire Frames, Process flows GUI, Screen, and Interface designs, using MS Visio or other relevant tools
- Perform System Integration and Regression testing on derivatives trading system of record, Murex, and coordinate UAT testing using relevant tools, including MS SQL Server
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze needs and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, Test Strategy, Test cases

- Experience of various SDLC methodologies
- Well-developed skill in business requirements gathering and documenting
- Well-developed skill in quality assurance and testing methodologies
- Well-developed understanding of application security and related compliance processes
- Well-developed business process analysis/mapping skills
- High level of knowledge of standard SDLC methodologies
- Advanced level ability to work and adapt effectively to all levels within and outside the organization; social interaction demands understanding and respect in political/corporate setting
- Advanced level communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
- Well-developed abilities to work on strategic, tactical and operational levels and root cause analysis
- Well-developed awareness of cultural differences working within a global company
- Several years of experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint) as well as SharePoint
