Caregiver for Adult Family Home

Looking for caregiver with all credentials for nights 6pm-6am and on call. Live in is preferred. Please email me your resume.

Applicant must have the following certifications:

NAC/HCA

Dementia and Mental Health

Nurse Delegation including diabetes

CPR/1st Aid

Food Handlers card

2-step TB test

The ability to pass a Federal Background Check and finger prints without criminal history.

The ability to give 2 viable, positive business references.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Duties :

Preparing Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner based on diet orders

Assisting residents with ADLs including Dressing, Toileting, Bathing, Etc

Meeting needs of residents with Dementia/Alzheimer's

Proper techniques for lifting, transferring

Administering medication as prescribed

House Keeping

And other care-giving duties as assigned

Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
