Caregiver wanted

We are looking for the right person to fill a part-time position

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to join our team. The client is quadriplegic, requiring 24/7 care. He is very bright and enjoys engaging conversation and is also an avid board-game player and computer user, who is active in his community.

The position requires excellent hearing and communication skills, team orientation, and full COVID-19 vaccination. HCA/CNA or more advanced nursing certification and valid driver’s license are preferred.

We have 2 available shifts per week: 9pm-5am Saturday night-Sunday morning & Sunday night-Monday morning. Wages start at $22-$28 per hour depending on certifications and qualifications.

Duties include:

Showering and personal care

Feeding

Range of motion exercises

Driving a wheelchair accessible Minivan (doctor's appointments, social events, movies etc.)

Light housework
