Carpenter/ for residential remodels

looking for a very skilled and Dependable remodel carpenter.

Required skills:

Trim work: base, case, and crown

Cabinets installation,

Siding repairs (all types)

Dry rot repair,

Drywall patching and texture blend.

Framing, for remodel or Deck repair or build.

Windows and doors

and other tasks related to kitchens and bathrooms

Other requirements :

Comfortable on ladders and scaffold

Comfortable in attics and crawlspace (for small amounts of time)

Please be able to work alone, and or with others. Be on time, and work full days. Having a van or a truck will make you more valuable (higher pay) if you can pick up materials
