Cashier/Produce Clerk

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. Being able to work in the produce. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services

- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies

- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and security
