Certified Hand Therapist (OT)

We are assisting our client in Lacey, Washington to find an Outpatient Occupational Therapist to fill a Permanent job opening. Interested candidates should hold a current license/registration in OT and be a Certified Hand Therapist. Our client is heavily invested in giving back by supporting their local community and regularly involved in sponsoring local charities and organizations, participating in local events and volunteerism.

Common diagnoses:

• Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
• Nerve Entrapments/Injuries
• Tendon Injuries/Replants
• Epicondylitis (Tennis Elbow or Golfer s Elbow)

• Provide quality occupational therapy services.
• Evaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
• Realize your own potential to achieve your goals and overall excellence.
• Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client's level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge.
• Participate in educating the client and the family or other caregivers to promote the client's progress toward mutually agreed upon goals.

• CHT required
• Valid Washington OT License
• Degree from OT Accredited College
• Productivity expectations are 1.5 patients per hour.
• New patients get booked in one-hour slots.
• Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude
