Chelan Area Orchard Manager

AgriMacs, Robison Orchards location is looking for an orchard manager. The responsibilities of this position include:

Running our Spray Program. This means everything from calibrating the sprayers, coordinating the spray drivers, buying chemicals and fertilizers, fixing minor breakdowns, moving equipment between locations, communicating regularly with the owners and keeping accurate record of applications.

Managing Harvest. This includes coordinating the harvest crews, calling trucks for empties and full loads, monitoring quality control, problem solving issues that may come up.

Managing general labor crews. This includes managing the irrigators, managing pruning and thinning crews, managing project work such as planting and grafting, building irrigation systems.

Must be fluent in Spanish, Bi lingual preferred but not required.

Pay will depend on experience but will likely be between $24-$28 per hour.
