Citrix EngineerSeattle/Everett WA area3 -6 months contract
The candidates must reside in the Seattle/Everett area and be willing to travel to multiple locations in and around Everett. The position will be primarily remote but is likely to require some on-site work (based on what I understood it should be no more than 25% overall). We need to set up interviews for this request asap (preferably tomorrow), so we would need resumes by tomorrow morning. Citrix Project Resource requirements:Citrix Apps and Desktop (AKA XenApp and XenDesktop)- Must know Citrix XenApp and VDI, difference and functionality
- Must know how to deploy, upgrade VDA in an image
- Must know how to manage, create, and alter pools, Catalogs, distribution groups using Studio
- Must have knowledge of Citrix Storefront
- Must know how to install, configure, upgrade Workspace app (formerly known as Citrix Receiver) using CLI, GUI and SCCM
- Must be nice to know Citrix NetScaler at least from checking errors, configuration, and load balancing perspective.
- Must know how to create a VM from a Template, Convert VM into Template, Convert Templates into VM, take screen shots, install/update VMtools
- Must be able to perform minor troubleshooting of VMs in VMWare environment
- Must know how to configure, manage, update windows servers
- Must know how to perform basic troubleshooting
- Must know how to install, manage end point security products
- Must know how to install Citrix Components (RDS license, Roles etc)
- Must be nice to know how to configure Imprivata, look into policies, check errors and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Must be nice to have prior experience upgrading Imprivata
