Civil/Landscape Laborer

- Assist with the setup and operation of heavy machinery and equipment

- Perform manual labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, and compacting dirt

- Support grading and leveling efforts on construction and excavation sites

- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

- Help with trench digging, backfilling, and ground preparation

- Follow all safety protocols and ensure work areas are clean and hazard-free

- Operate hand and power tools as required

- Assist operators and foremen as directed

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

- Heavy equipment experience a plus
