S/he demonstrates an understanding of basic nursing skills and skills unique to the assigned clinical unit(s).Following orientation, s/he assumes delegated responsibility which may include (but not be limited to) such tasks as: meeting the hygienic, nutritional, elimination, activity, comfort and safety needs of patients; obtains and reports vital signs (TPR and BP); performs urine reductions, transports (transfers, discharges) patients; obtains supplies/equipment as necessary from designated departments.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
