Roots to Shoots is hiring! We are looking for more teammates to help with landscape maintenance, installations, clean ups and general property management. Expect to work with small teams of 2-3 on a variety of projects that change seasonally.

Basic requirements:

Valid Drivers license (DUI no need to apply)

Reliable vehicle

Ability to work hard outdoors year round

Good communication

Positive team attitude

Reliability and performance determines pay. Wages start $20/hr. Shop located 20mins outside downtown Arlington.
