Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

TRM Services is looking for a Commercial Service HVAC/R Technician. Must have a clean driving record, Attention to detail, Customer oriented, and have Excellent communication & computer skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment, indoor comfort and other related issues

Be able to maintain and repair the following, yet not limited to: rooftop units, split system units, packaged units, control systems, heat pumps, light industrial systems and air quality filtration systems.

Complete preventative maintenance services in a efficient manner

Clear and professional communication with our customers, property managers, contractors and manager of findings and recommendations.

Carry out approved repairs and modifications in a accurate manner

Follow company procedures

Properly fill out work orders and associated company paperwork

Provide excellent customer service and quality work to all of our clients

Maintain a clean and organized company assigned vehicle

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications: Brazing, charging, electrical theory, carry up to 50lbs, use of ladders and the ability to adapt and overcome using diagnostic skills. HVAC schooling and or equivalent time in the field. Clean driving record.
