Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is seeking a Compliance Director to design, implement, administer, and oversee their Compliance Program. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership to achieve the program's objectives. The primary responsibility is to manage the program, ensuring that policies, procedures, documentation, plans, and administrative systems are in place. Bachelors degree in business management, legal studies, or related field

5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management, including supervisory roles

Experience of operational, financial, and personnel procedures

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Understanding of corporate compliance protocols and timelines - Certification from SCCE, AAPC, or similar

Legal or masters degree preferred null
