What We Are Currently Looking For:

CONCIERGE/GUEST RELATIONS - THE TIMBERS AT ISSAQUAH RIDGE LUXURY APARTMENT HOMES (a beautiful Class A community ideally located in a scenic neighborhood in the heart of Issaquah) - ISSAQUAH, WA

As Concierge, you will play a vital role in establishing customer loyalty, which leads to resident retention. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the following:

Building strong working relationships with our residents and guests by providing outstanding customer service
Coordinating and hosting resident events
Following up with residents who have submitted service requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitoring building security
Publishing resident newsletter
Exhibiting a "can do" attitude

Qualifications:

Candidates who apply should have:

1 or more years of customer service and/or sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
