Concrete Lead/Finisher

Looking to add a concrete lead/finisher to our team. Must have good knowledge/experience in all aspects, including reading plans and running the jobs/crew from start to finish. We're not primarily all concrete, we do a lot of dirt work as well, must be willing to help out on the side as well.
