Construction Laborer

Construction candidates needed in Buckley Excellent long term opportunityDescription:Perform repairs to mobile office trailers and new builds including framing and finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and all other facets of modular building repair/new builds. Perform modifications as requested by customers. Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery dates at stated quality levels. Perform service related tasks in the yard as requested. Complete appropriate paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups and service calls. Perform HVAC system checks and maintenance per company guidelines. Candidates must have 2+ years of construction experience. Preferably experience in commercial construction. They will need to use a variety of hand tools and be able to read general floor plans. Electrical and Plumbing experience will separate the average candidate from the BEST candidate.Experience Level:Entry Level/Intermediate LevelWork EnvironmentCompany refurbishes and builds modular trailers that you would see on construction job sites or temporary office buildings. They are looking for a Construction Laborer that can perform all types of repairs on this trailer. This could be sealing doors and windows, replacing siding, fixing roof leaks, replacing floors, laying carpet, light electrical work, light plumbing work, etc. The work is done onsite at their yard. The work on the outside of the trailer is done in the elements, but when they are doing work inside the trailer it is powered up so that the Heat or Air is on depending on what time of year it is.This is 1st Shift 7:30am - 4:00pm, they get a 30 minute unpaid lunch, and two 15 minute breaks that are paid.
