Qualifications

3 years + experience as a Project Manager/Superintendent in single family construction is required

Must be professional and passionate about your work and building quality homes

Valid driver’s license & vehicle insurance, good driving record and reliable transportation

Must pass background check and substance test

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with a background in supervision and project management of high-end home construction and large luxury remodeling projects

Take ownership of the schedule, details, specification and quality control

Create and follow a complete construction schedule, including site improvements, keeping current with weekly updates

Effectively communicate with suppliers, architects, engineers, inspectors, and our office staff

Manage onsite subcontractors, construction labor and pickup carpenters during all phases of home construction

Maintain a clean and safe work site that follows all current WISHA and OSHA regulations and standards, as well as company safety standards and site requirements

Be proficient in site work, utilities, foundation installation, drainage, framing, MEP’s, building codes, inspection procedures and utility requirements within local jurisdictions

Maintain daily logs with photos & quality control during all construction phases of work
