Construction/Maintenance

We are seeking a person to be responsible for Maintenance and Remodeling of our units.

The qualified applicant will be able to work a 40-hour week and be available evenings and weekends should an emergency repair be required. Must work well independently as well as with other members of the team. You must be able to work quickly as well as proficiently to get projects done in a timely manner.
