Contracts Manager, Global Real Estate & Fixed Asset Procurement

We are seeking a Real Estate Contracts Manager to support the drafting, negotiation, and administration of commercial real estate and related procurement vendor agreements. This role is a core contributor within our global real estate, construction and & asset procurement function with a dotted line to the Legal department. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards.This position is ideal for a candidate with strong contract management skills who is comfortable operating within established frameworks and collaborating across functions to support a global real estate portfolio.Job Location: Bellevue, WA (on-site) or Federal Way, WA (on-site)
