Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in Kent, Washington. This role will be instrumental in supporting the CFO and will be responsible for managing a team within our organization. The Controller will have a significant role in enhancing our financial and accounting operations within the industry. On top of that, enjoy a work-life balance with a hybrid work schedule!Responsibilities: Providing assistance to the CFO for all financial and accounting activities Managing a dynamic team and facilitating their growth within the organization Utilizing accounting software systems for efficient financial operations Overseeing accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Conducting audits and managing general ledger activities Participating in budget processes and ensuring financial compliance Preparing financial statements and conducting financial statement audits Implementing and managing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP solutions Handling ADP - Financial Services and DCAA procedures Leveraging expertise in financial statement preparation for accurate reporting.The salary range for this position is $140k to $160k. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 4% match and 10 days of paid vacation, 15 days of paid sick leave and 15 paid holidays per calendar year.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Knowledge of DCAA compliance and regulations Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems Ability to implement and manage ERP Solutions Proven experience in managing Accounting Functions Track record in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficient in Auditing practices and principles Experience in managing Budget Processes Knowledge of General Ledger accounting procedures Ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements Experience in conducting Financial Statement Audits Proven skills in Financial Statement Preparation.
