CRE Business Management - VP of Sales Enablement

J.P. Morgan Chase's Commercial Real Estate Banking businesses include Commercial Term Lending, Real Estate Banking, and Community Development Banking, which serve a diverse set of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) clients, from individual CRE owners and investors to large sophisticated corporate CRE clients with broad banking relationship needs to community development organizations that invest in the development of affordable housing and economic development projects. We provide CRE clients the financial resources they need for projects large and small through a hands-on, local-market approach, ensuring efficiency and certainty of execution in any cycle. We also connect CRE clients to the resources, expertise and comprehensive lineup of products and services from across the firm .You will play a key role in the development of Commercial Term Lending's sales enablement tool. You'll be responsible for analyzing data, systems, and business processes in order to influence design and ensure our internal client's needs are met. You will work with Sales and other business partners to provide the information needed to increase sales and client retention along with supporting the development of new products.Recommend solutions for integrating internal and 3rd party data for sales enablement purposes

Analyze data for market research, campaign development, client insight, and product development

Write and track data use cases to gain Legal, Compliance, and Controls approvals

Conduct testing of data to ensure its landed as expected and can be consumed by UI

Develop dashboards and reports to measure product performance and success

Research issues reported by users then escalate appropriately

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related area

Expert experience with SQL, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

Experience integrating multiple data sources for analysis and/or reporting

Customer and team focused with the ability to maintain good rapport

Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Experience with commercial real estate data (bonus)

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance, data analysis, data science, or commercial real estate
