Relocation to Seattle from within the US only offered.The AWS Brand team is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Events creative team. This role will oversee the execution of creative projects supporting high profile, high impact business initiatives. They will be responsible for managing creative resources, production, and localization workflows.This role is able to independently deliver complex onsite digital campaigns and design workflows that deliver on our priorities and business goals. They must have a strong background in leading creative processes, and experience in concept , production and delivery, across multiple digital content types. This role is solutions focused, able to identify escalation paths at critical milestones, and anticipate and mange potential blockers. This role routinely assesses the content progress and remains in lock step with internal and external creatives as the team drives to reviews.To be successful in this role, the candidate will be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, able to assess and manage risks, understand and communicate trade-offs, and manage multiple end-to end creative workflows. They will demonstrate strong ownership and bias for action, strong thinking and problem solving, and maintain clear and concise communication across all levels. They will align with business and creative teams to define escalation paths at critical milestones, and anticipate, identify and mange potential blockers across content phases.Key job responsibilitiesThe Events Project Manager will support the Sr Events Creative Program Manager to drive the event creative process. They will be tasked with project level duties such as schedules, budgets, resourcing, and staffing as necessary. They will be expected to handle multiple small to medium sized projects at once.About the teamThe AWS Brand Creative team is an internal agency that drives creative excellence within the AWS Marketing Organization.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS4+ years as a creative project/producer in a creative agency or similar experience

2+ years' experience managing or working within cross-functional and creative teams

2+ years' experience in digital and content production timelines and process

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years' additional relevant , agency or creative experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of event design and campaign processes and timelines Knowledge of or photo shoot details and production timelines Knowledge of Adobe design including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Global or multi-country localization and/or transcreation experience Knowledge and proficiency with Project tools Experience with brand strategy.The pay range for this position in Colorado is ($120,500 - 163,000/yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location.
